Welcome to Our Community


Located in Brandon, FL, close to the Brandon Mall and I–75 Regency Key is a gated townhome community that was built between 2000 and 2001 with 198 units, 33 buildings. These units are all two bedroom with some 1.5 baths and others 2.5 baths.



HOA FEES INCLUDE:


  • Maintenance of Common Areas (Including Pool and Playground Areas)
  • Internet & Cable (via Spectrum Bulk/Community: 833–697–7328)
  • Trash Compactor (Note: Normal Household Trash Only, Does NOT Include disposal costs of any large items, furniture, hazardous materials, etc.)
  • Water and Sewage
  • Etc.


INFORMATION/GUIDANCE:


  • If you are reporting or following up on a unit, building, or common area specific item, you will need to reach out to the Property Manager/Property Management Company (See "Management" tab) or submit a form with any required attachments via the "Contact" tab of this website. When reaching out via email, website, or leaving a voicemail, please include "Regency Key" and "Unit #" (if applicable) in "Subject"/"Message".

  • If you are buying or leasing out a unit, please make sure you fill out and submit a copy of the required "Transfer/Lease Form" to the association's Property Manager.

  • If you are looking to perform any work or changes to the outside of a Regency Key property or common area, please make sure you first fill out and submit a copy of the "Architecture Review Application" form. As, you must first receive authorized association approval prior to the commencement of any work or changes. Examples include but are not limited to: Landscaping Changes, Doorbell Replacement, Replacement of Windows or Doors, Patio Enclosures.

  • If an owner or resident and looking to avoid any potential violations, etc. please reference the "Rules and Regulations" and Regency Key associated governing documents for details.

  • If an owner and would like to see your payment history or a copy of monthly financial documents, etc., please use the "Register" and "Login" tabs.

  • If an owner and would like a copy of your building's Wind Mitigation report, please locate a copy under the "Insurance" tab. Note: Most insurance companies will provide a slight discount, if you have not already provided them a copy.

  • If inquiring about a gate key fob, you will need to send a payment of $35 dollars per key fob to the HOA property management company at:

    - Once payment has been received, a key fob will be dropped off at the designated unit. Please make checks out to "Regency Key Townhomes". Also, include Name,
    Unit #, and an email address in mailing to Ameri-Tech, if you wish to be contacted once key fob(s) are dropped off, etc.
